By accessing and using SPSV.online mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the App.

SPSV.online provides study materials and practice questions for Small Public Service Vehicle (SPSV) test preparation. The App is intended for personal study purposes only and does not guarantee successful results in the official SPSV exam, which depends on your own effort and circumstances.

All purchases, including subscriptions, are final and non-refundable except as required by Irish consumer law. Refunds are only issued where: • The digital service is faulty, not delivered, or not as described. • The seller cannot provide the App/service as stated in the contract, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2022. No refunds are given for change of mind, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction with content, or exam results. By purchasing, you confirm and accept this refund policy.

• Use the App only for personal exam preparation and not for commercial purposes or sharing content. • Provide accurate and current information for your account and purchases. • Do not misuse, copy, or distribute content without explicit permission.

All content—including questions, explanations, and designs—is the property of SPSV.online or its licensors. Use of this content is restricted to your personal use within the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". No warranty is given regarding accuracy, completeness, success in the exam, or uninterrupted access, to the extent permitted by law.

SPSV.online is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or exam outcomes, except as required under applicable Irish law.

Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of any changes.

These Terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
